Begin by filling out the pre-screening consent form on our website. This will allow us to gather the necessary medical information to determine if you are eligible for our weight loss program.
Approval & Email Notification
After reviewing your pre-screening form, we will notify you via email if you are approved to proceed. The email will include instructions to join our personalized Patient Portal.
Full Screening & Provider Consultation
Once you’ve received the approval email, log into the Patient Portal to complete a full screening. Afterward, you can schedule your telehealth consultation with one of our medical professionals.
Select Your Weight Loss Program
After your consultation, return to our website to choose the weight loss program that’s right for you.
Receive Your Medication & Begin Your Journey
Once your program is finalized, your first shipment will arrive within 7 to 9 days, with subsequent shipments arriving as scheduled.
